Registration for our webinars is handled via a form provided by HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, whose European operations are conducted through HubSpot Ireland Limited, 1 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you register, the data you enter (name, email address, company) is processed by HubSpot on our behalf for the purpose of organising and conducting the webinar and, where you have consented, for follow-up communication.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and, where marketing consent is given, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA; HubSpot relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

The webinar is conducted via Zoom, a service of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, Suite 600, San Jose, CA 95113, USA, whose European operations are conducted through Zoom Video Communications Irish Unlimited Company, Cork, Ireland. When you join the webinar, Zoom processes your name, your email address (as used for registration), device and network information, and — if you enable camera or microphone — audio and video content. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (conducting the webinar you registered for). Data may be transferred to the USA; Zoom relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. Zoom's privacy policy is available at zoom.us/en/privacy/.

This website does not use analytics or marketing tracking, and fonts are hosted on our own servers; no connection to Google Fonts is made. When you first visit, a dialogue in the centre of the page asks whether the HubSpot registration form may be loaded. Only if you click "Accept" does your browser connect to HubSpot servers, which may then set cookies necessary to operate and secure the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). If you decline, the form is not loaded and you can register by email instead.
